Improving Student Reading Habits: Building School Libraries Across Sinjar
A well-stocked school library means better access to reliable, accurate, and trustworthy information sources for high school students in Khanasor.
Nadia’s Initiative is deeply committed to building, furnishing, and stocking libraries all over Sinjar; with the Al Taamim High School library becoming the fourth of its kind in the region.
The construction and furnishing of this new school library will benefit 875 students, and will be accessible to both Al Taamim High School students and all residents of Khanasor.
This project is financed by funds of the federal state as decided by the parliament of Baden-Württemberg through Stiftung Entwicklungs-Zusammenarbeit Baden-Württemberg (SEZ).
