“Fight to make your vision of tomorrow a reality today.”

The Digital Activism Toolkit:

Our digital activism toolkit provides digital tools for activists to garner support for causes and create inclusive campaigns that connect large communities. Although activism is accessible to everyone at any time, the tools and skills required to be effective may seem abstract. That is why this toolkit will equip you with all the resources, advice, and ideas you need to get started!

What is this toolkit for?

This toolkit is designed to provide you with a set of comprehensive resources, advice, and ideas that will help you start your journey to advocate for a cause you are passionate about.

Who is this toolkit for?

Everyone! The toolkit is made for anyone who is looking for ways to advocate for causes they are passionate about, but is not sure how to navigate activism. Activism is accessible to anyone at any time, and we are aiming to find ways to equip everyone with the necessary tools and skills.

What is included in this toolkit?

Where to start organizing:
Powerful activism often begins at the grassroots level. You might think you need to act on a national or global scale, but starting with your local community can lead to profound change!

Organizing actions:
From posting on social media to contacting your representatives, there are tons of ways to be an activist. It can be intimidating to start taking action and encouraging others to do so, too. The toolkit contains information on how to start taking action and ideas on how to expand your activism in your community.

Ways to advocate for the Yazidi community:
10 years after the Yazidi genocide, there is still so much to do to foster healing and support survivors in the pursuit of justice. While the toolkit can be used for any cause, it also contains specific ways to support Yazidi survivors (page 5).
