Nadia's Initiative Restores Clean Water in Gedala Village

Despite having returned to Sinjar years ago, residents of Gedala village still struggled to acquire clean water for their households, often having to purchase water tanks from neighboring communities. With a continued focus on delivering clean water to every community in Sinjar, Nadia’s Initiative recently restored the WASH infrastructure in Gedala village.

To date, Nadia's Initiative has completed WASH restoration projects in 22 villages, enabling over 80,000 residents to live and thrive in healthy and safe environments.
