2022 Year End Review: Healthcare

As the new year approaches, we're reflecting on our progress supporting Sinjar’s healthcare sector. 

In 2022, we helped 75,000 residents in the region access quality healthcare by:

• Rehabilitating and furnishing public healthcare centers 

• Constructing Sinjar’s first ever comprehensive medical center

• Facilitating medical trainings for healthcare professionals

We're proud of what we've accomplished this year, but there's still much more work to be done! We will continue working hard to make sure everyone in Sinjar has access to the mental and physical healthcare services they need to heal and recover.
