Nadia's Initiative Female Farming Project Has Lasting Impact in Sinjar

The havoc ISIS wrought on Sinjar’s infrastructure created lasting damage to its agricultural sector and severely undermined the region’s economy, but Yazidi women are ready to rebuild it. Nadia’s Initiative’s livelihood program for female farmers supplied 438 women with the agricultural tools to sow a new beginning for their families. We can’t wait to see what they grow!

This project is funded by GIZ and implemented in partnership with Dorcas Aid International.
