Nadia's Initiative's Work on Sinuni General Hospital is Forging Ahead

Nadia’s Initiative’s project to improve and expand the services provided at Sinuni General Hospital is forging ahead! As the only general hospital in North Sinjar, NI recognizes the need to invest in and enhance the hospital’s service provision. To respond to these needs, NI is building a new x-ray facility and laboratory, as well as renovating the hospital’s existing drug store and garden areas and providing new shaded outdoor spaces for staff and patients to utilize.

Once completed, the project will improve service provision for tens of thousands of North Sinjar residents and increase the capacity of thousands of hospital staff to provide more specialized care.

This project is funded by Austrian Development Agency with funds from Austrian Development Cooperation.
