A Year in Review - Nadia's Initiative's 2021 Livelihoods Projects

In the wake of ISIS’ attacks in 2014, the economic repercussions and mass destruction throughout the Sinjar region have left the majority of returnees struggling to access basic services. Enabling Sinjar to have increased access to basic services, including electricity, transportation, and economic opportunities, will vastly improve the livelihood of Yazidis.

Nadia’s Initiative is restoring livelihoods in Sinjar through rehabilitating public infrastructures and bridging the economic gap by providing sustainable job opportunities.
