2022 Year End Review: Advocacy
"We can always do more to empower survivors and center them in our conversations and projects. Survivors know best what they need to heal and recover. We can be there to listen, amplify their voices, and provide resources."
As survivors of genocide and conflict-related sexual violence globally continue to struggle to rebuild their lives, our advocacy work has evolved to meet the changing needs of these survivors and their communities—and it will continue to adapt as new challenges arise. To envision a world without violence and discrimination, we must come together to listen to survivors and enact needed change.
