Nadia is a human rights activist. She is a nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize, the recipient of the Vaclav Havel Human Rights Prize and the Sakharov Prize, and the UN's first Goodwill Ambassador for the Dignity of Survivors of Human Trafficking. She has also received the Clinton Global Citizen Award, Peace Prize from the United Nations Association of Spain, and was named 2016 Woman of the Year by Glamour Magazine. Since 2015, Nadia has been working to bring ISIS before the International Criminal Court on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity.
Abid was born and raised in Sinjar Iraq. In 2014, he helped co-found Yazda; a Yazidi led non-profit formed to support victims of the Yazidi Genocide. Abid previously worked for the US Army in Iraq as a translator and cultural adviser. He also worked at the Nebraska Legislature after graduating from the University of Nebraska with degrees in Political Science.
Elizabeth Schaeffer Brown

Elizabeth is an entrepreneur with expertise in multimedia communications and strategic partnerships. Her work focuses on raising the profile of issues that counter violent extremism as it pertains to protecting the rights of women and children. Elizabeth has been working with the Yazidi community since 2015. She was part of the original team that intitiated the campaign to bring ISIS before the International Criminal Court on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. She also helped launch Yazda’s Genocide Documentation Project which has been collecting evidence of Human Rights violations committed against the Yazidis.
Kerry Propper is the Co-founder and Non-executive Chairman of Chardan Capital Markets, a boutique New York-based investment bank, as well as a Founder and Managing Partner of ATW Partners, a Private Equity fund based in NY. He is also co-founder and board member of the Watchers of the Sky Initiative, a non-profit focused on education, advocacy and activism around genocide-related issues. Kerry was also part of the original team that intitiated the campaign to bring ISIS before the International Criminal Court on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. He initiated Yazda’s Genocide Documentation Project which has been collecting evidence of Human Rights violations committed against the Yazidis. Evidence gathered through this documentation project will support the international legal case against perpetrators, be they individual ISIS fighters or ISIS as a whole.
Gregoire is the co-founder and executive director of CAP international, a coalition of 23 frontline NGOs assisting victims of prostitution and trafficking in human beings in 18 countries. In 2013, he was appointed as a member of the French High Council for Equality between Women and Men (HCEFH), an advisory body working under the authority of the Prime Minister. He is a permanent member of its “violence against women” committee. Before this, Grégoire has worked six years as Permanent Representative to the EU of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH). Grégoire Théry is also a former Secretary general of Mouvement du Nid – France.
